十八大报告

1. 加强和改进干部培训，加大培养选拔优秀年轻干部力度，重视培养选拔女干部和少数民族干部，鼓励年轻干部到基层和艰苦地区锻炼成长。全面做好离退休干部工作。

1. We should strengthen and improve education and training of officials to enhance their competence. We should make greater efforts to train and select outstanding young officials, attach importance to training and selecting officials from among women and ethnic minorities, and encourage young officials to work and gain experience in local communities and in hardship areas. We should provide full services for retired officials.
