第5步>>>设计策划人员制定解决方案和报价。 
针对客户的需求结构，我们提出整体建设费用预算，在预算接受的情况下，我们制定解决方案。
对于客户的解决方案，如果网站结构比较复杂，功能需求多，我们制定详细的文字解决方案。如果网站结构简单，不需要制作文字解决方案的客户，我们提供网页设计方案（只提供静态设计稿件）。
 
第6，7步>>>接受我们的方案，签订商务合同。 
客户如果满意我们的方案，我们签订商务合同，客户支付网站建设预付款。 
第8步>>>开始网站建设开发。  
网站开始建设前，客户提供网站制作所有文字资料（电子稿）与图片素材。指定工作人员和我们建立联系，做到及时沟通意见和反馈意见。
